Each home is carefully curated such that the unique story of heritage can be experienced by all those who visit it. They provide the certainty and consistency of 5-star experience in the home of architectural wonder for weekend getaways and family holiday.

Vivaa has worked over the course of 6 months to create a PR campaign for SaffronStays that helps them grow their brand image as a pioneer in the luxury vacation sector. From meticulously organised trips for important media figures and influencers to help showcase and allow them to experience SaffronStays’s unique properties, to a comprehensive media campaign that incorporated various genres and types of publications. TO that effect, Vivaa helped SaffronStays establish itself as a leading player in the micro-hospitality space.

Influencer trips to villas

Vivaa identified key lifestyle influencers and beautifully organised weekend trips for them to select SaffronStays homes that they later shared on their social medias. This opened SaffronStays into the lifestyle space and brought them into the mainstream.

Relationship building interactions

To help increase SaffronStay’s media reach , Vivaa coordinated meetings with myriad media professionals from a diverse range of publications for the company co-founders.

Media exposures

Vivaa sought, ideated and executed over 60 media exposures including news announcements, feature stories, opinion article and home reviews in the span of four months that helped SaffronStays expand their presence in mainstream media.

Try out new media forms

Vivaa continues to think innovatively and creatively to feature SaffronStays in a wide range of publications and media forms to expose them to a more diverse audience.Vivaa has finalised a podcast with the founders where they can share their expertise and perspectives, and a video shoot on Amazon TV’s business channel that highlights the founders’ entrepreneurial journey— both of which will help expand their consumer base and popularity.

Himachal Pradesh famtrip

From creating and contacting an inspired group of individuals, to beautifully coordinating all the logistics, Vivaa had organised an experiential trip to a carefully chosen heritage property, Thanedar Estates, to give influencers an immersive SaffronStays experience and build the goodwill of the brand. This is one of many experiential trips Vivaa has planned for influencers and media, on behalf of SaffronStays, to help ameliorate their brand image and position.
